How many days does it take to manufacture the mirror?
Frameless mirrors need 7 and Framed mirrors needs 10 standard working days production time.
How do I claim my warranty?
To claim warranty, customers must send videos and Tax Invoice of the malfunctioning mirror. A complaint will be registered and service will be scheduled accordingly.
When will my warranty go void?
Warranty is void if the back panel is opened by unauthorized personnel.
What was the condition for wooden box packed Mirrors?
For Wooden box packed mirrors, an unboxing video is compulsory for claiming Damages.
What was not included in manufacturing time?
Infinity glass was not responsible for the time that delayed due to transportation.
